Your Well-Being
Do what makes you happy
For many people, the idea of retirement conjures up thoughts
of what they always wanted to do when they had time: golf, read, travel, spend more
time with family and friends. Having the opportunity to do what you want when you want
is what retirement is all about.
Do what you have to do
For other people, retirement might mean more than simply taking care of themselves. Many Baby Boomers find
themselves right smack in the middle of the “sandwich generation.” They end up taking care of their elderly
parents as well as their children who return to the nest.
Being a caregiver can be extremely difficult. And to properly care for someone else,
it’s essential you take care of yourself first.
